Our Moving Process

We make booking your next move a breeze! Once we’ve had the chance to review the specific details of your move, we can provide you with an estimate and confirm your reservation at that time. Leading up to your moving day, we will follow-up with an additional confirmation message, but we are always accessible via phone call, text or email to answer any questions and address any concerns you might have regarding your upcoming move. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate in an effective, timely manner.

1. Moving Day

On your moving day, we will arrive with our 26' moving truck fully stocked with everything you need for a successful move, including tools, handtrucks, furniture dollies, wagons, furniture wrap & padding, and all necessary floor runners. After conducting a quick walkthrough of your home, we will walk you through our contract, and once it is signed we will begin prepping your home for the move. Our clock will not start until this point.

2. Our Standard Protection

At this time, we will protect your home by laying out all necessary floor runners to protect your flooring from scuffs, marks and divots throughout the move. We will also prep your main doorway to protect your door and door frame from any accidental damage. It is our goal to leave your home in the same condition that we found it, so that the only lasting impression we leave is how great of a job we did!

3. Careful Handling Practices

Once your home protection is set-up, we will begin moving your items. Our movers come fully equipped with all necessary furniture wrap, pads, dollies, and tools. We can disassemble and reassemble all necessary furniture items, as well, to make sure everything is handled safely to help prevent damages.

4. Completion & Payment

Once the final item is unloaded and all furniture is staged in the desired location, we can close the contract and stop our time. Once the time is stopped we will be able to calculate your final bill based upon the hourly rate and the trip fee associated with your move. Payment is due upon completion of the move, and can be accepted in the form of: cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards. Once the contract is closed, we let you know the final move total based on the total hours we worked (or the minimum) and you can pay with whatever payment you prefer. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
