1. Arrival & Walkthrough
We arrive with our 26' moving truck fully stocked — tools, hand trucks, furniture dollies, gondola boxes, furniture wrap, padding, and floor runners. Before anything moves, we'll do a quick walkthrough of your home to understand the scope of the move and walk you through our contract. Our clock doesn't start until the contract is signed and we begin working. No surprises.
2. Home Protection
Before we move a single item, we protect your home. Floor runners go down to protect your flooring from scuffs and damage throughout the move. Your main doorway gets padded to protect the door and door frame. Our goal is simple — to leave your home in the exact same condition we found it. The only lasting impression we want to leave is how well the move went.
3. Careful Handling & Moving
With your home protected, we get to work. Every item is handled with care — furniture wrapped, boxes secured, fragile items treated accordingly. We can disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Our crew works efficiently so you're not paying for wasted time, without ever cutting corners on how your belongings are handled.
4. Completion & Payment
Once every item is unloaded and staged in your desired location, we close out the contract and stop the clock. Your final bill is calculated based on the total hours worked and your flat trip fee — exactly as quoted, no hidden charges. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit and debit cards.
